ACTIONS is a company specialized in providing Customer Experience (CX) through technological solutions and data management. It places great importance on teamwork and its method for achieving its objectives, while also having the ability to adapt to meet the needs of its clients.
ACTIONS contacted us to optimize and renew the content related to the websites of two of its services, Actions Data (focused on data collection, processing, analysis, and exploitation) and Actions Call (Telemarketing services).

Tailored to ACTIONS, at MarketiNet, we designed a comprehensive marketing strategy that included aspects such as website maintenance and development, the creation and promotion of SEM campaigns, and content creation (both for the site and for social media).
Therefore, regarding content marketing and social media, our work consisted of:
- Launching separate blogs for the Actions Data and Actions Call websites.
- Preparing a monthly content calendar for each of these service blogs. This included writing two posts per week on specialized topics, which were approved in advance by ACTIONS.
- Uploading and publishing this content on the respective blogs.
- Creating and regularly publishing content on the social media profiles of Actions Data and Actions Call (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook).


Thanks to this work, we enhanced the symbiosis between the two ACTIONS websites and facilitated their feedback loop. This ultimately also helped drive the generation of valuable leads for the company and strengthen its corporate image on digital channels.
